Rudy's Eat & Drink is looking for a full time evening bartender. Evening & weekend availability is required for this position. Successful candidates will be responsible for day to day bar operations, inventory management and menu development. We are looking for experienced professional bartenders only. Successful candidates will be professional, fun, outgoing, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Shifts will require high volume drink making, cash handling and adherence to all provincial liquor laws. Rudy's executes a myriad of events and special functions. Successful applicants will work directly with the General Manager for the execution of said events. Prior bartending experience is considered an essential. Knowledge of local craft beer, wine, and cocktails is preferred. Applicants should be efficient, reliable, and perceptive with excellent communication and time management skills. Prospective employees must be able to work most evenings and weekends. Successful applicants must have their Smart Choices Responsible Service Certificate.
