*Job Overview*
We are looking for Home Care Workers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes. *Responsibilities*
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
* Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
* Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
* Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
* Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client condition to supervisors or family members.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in home care, senior care, or caregiving is preferred.
* Familiarity with assisting individuals with disabilities or dementia care is a plus.
* Experience in nursing homes or assisted living facilities is beneficial.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
* A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
