We are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Law Clerk to join our team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, we would love to connect. *About the Role: * The Real Estate Law Clerk will be responsible for organizing and managing residential real estate transactions from opening to closing. This role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, communicating with clients, financial institutions, and opposing counsel, coordinating closings, and ensuring files are completed accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting lawyers and maintaining the high level of client service our firm is known for. *The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * * Law Clerk Diploma or equivalent education/experience. * Minimum 5 years of experience in residential real estate law * Strong knowledge of residential real estate transactions and procedure * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously * Excellent communication and client service skills * Proficiency with legal software and document management systems * Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment *Why Join Us? * We are proud to offer a workplace where employees feel supported, respected, and valued.
