Tasks: Help in preparing and completing applications for simple joint and uncontested divorces, domestic contracts and name changes. Interview clients, witnesses and other related parties. Perform clerical duties, such as maintain filing systems. Schedule court trials. Computer and technology knowledge: Divorcemate Software. Adobe Acrobat Reader. Area of work experience: Law.
