*Job Summary* Rocky Demolition & Asbestos Removal is looking for a motivated, organized, and reliable Office Assistant to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with excellent English communication skills, outstanding customer service, and a strong willingness to learn. You will play a key role in supporting our daily office operations by communicating with customers, coordinating projects, assisting with scheduling, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities * Answer incoming phone calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries. * Manage company email correspondence and respond promptly to customers and suppliers. * Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with scheduling, service questions, and general inquiries. * Schedule estimates, inspections, demolition projects, asbestos surveys, and bin deliveries/pickups. * Prepare estimates, invoices, work orders, and other office documents. * Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records. * Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems. * Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and payment tracking. * Coordinate with field crews regarding project schedules and daily operations. * Support management with administrative tasks and special projects. * Order and maintain office supplies. * Assist with social media updates and basic marketing tasks when required. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications * Excellent written and spoken English is required. * Previous office administration or customer service experience is preferred. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, professional, and confident on the phone. * Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment. * Strong computer skills and proficiency with: * Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) * QuickBooks (preferred) * Ability to learn new software and office systems quickly. * Positive attitude, dependable, and eager to learn. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
