We are looking for a skilled *Journeyman Millwright* to join our team in Calgary. You?ll play a vital role installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial and oilfield equipment. *About The Role:*

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Install, dismantle, maintain, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment.
* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Align and test equipment to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
* Fabricate and replace machine parts as needed.
* Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
* Lead and mentor apprentices on mechanical tasks and safety practices.
* Perform preventative maintenance and maintain detailed, accurate service logs.
* Collaborate closely with engineering and production teams on projects.
* Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety and quality regulations.
* Participate in daily toolbox meetings and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
*Requirements:*
* Journeyman Millwright Certification (Red Seal preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of oilfield or heavy industrial experience.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Proven experience with hoists, cranes, forklifts, hand and power tools.
* Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and specifications.
* Solid leadership skills with the ability to mentor apprentices.
* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Basic computer skills to complete work orders and reports.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in physically demanding environments.
* Willingness to work overtime and travel to off-site locations when required.

* Hands-on industrial environment with a focus on teamwork and safety.
* Work both indoors and outdoors.
* Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
