*The Ideal Candidate:* ? Ticketed in the Millwright Trade ? Minimum 3 years? experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (Food manufacturing is highly preferred) ? High aptitude with Mechanical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic systems (Required) ? Proven track record working with Lathes, Milling Machines and Welding Equipment (ARC, TIG, MIG) ? Above average problem-solving skills ? Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs ? Thrives in a team environment ? Strong verbal and written communication skills ? Basic knowledge of computer software (Microsoft Excel, Outlook) ? Focuses on continuous self-improvement *Additional Perks:* ? Premiums for additional Certifications ? Dual Ticket Premium ?
